You’re not sick, you’re tired!

Why proper sleep makes all the difference and why this audio works.

Your body is designed to rest. Your mind however, is not. Most human beings are afflicted with busy minds that don’t let up at night when the body is supposed to be entering into a state of rest and repair. This leads to inconsistent sleep patterns and health issues that leave the body feeling drained in the morning in spite of it having been stationary for several hours.

 

In order for the body to truly rest at night, it needs deep sleep. Unfortunately, our minds have been heavily programmed with unhelpful fear-based belief systems about reality and so are continuously running 24/7 in an attempt to manage every detail of our day-to-day lives (which of course, is impossible).

While it’s generally accepted that chaotic and confusing dreams are a normal part of the sleep process, that doesn’t mean it’s natural. Only a small portion of our dreams serve a beneficial purpose (for metaphorical insights), most of the time during sleep however, the mind attempts to navigate and process a flurry of reactive emotional responses that the body experienced throughout the day.

Enter hypnosis. Rather than spending weeks, months, and even years trying to unpack the unhelpful emotional programming we’ve received so that we can finally come to a place of deep peace and rest in our lives, why not make use of a tool that’s been used for thousands of years which achieves the same goal but in a fraction of the time?

In order to bring your body and mind into a state of deep sleep, I use my voice to guide you into a state of hypnosis while also incorporating a light background Binaural Beat melody at a Theta frequency of 7Hz (which is the same brain frequency that hypnosis takes place in and also happens to be the same frequency that facilitates deep insight, profound inspiration, and creative visualization). With these two combined approaches, you’ll find yourself quickly drifting off to sleep in just a few minutes. At this point, all of the new helpful information and suggestions that I give will start to update the old outdated unhelpful programming that your mind received long ago so that when you wake up in the morning you’ll feel clearer, lighter, more joyful, and yes… even blissful! 

FAQ’S:

What exactly is hypnosis?  

Hypnosis is simply a highly focused state of awareness where the conscious mind is guided (through my words) into a state of expansion so that it can easily set itself aside for a while as the subconscious mind is communicated with directly. This is the reason hypnosis is so transformative. After all, real change happens through the subconscious mind, or if you like the ‘cosmic mind’, which is the true decision maker. 

What is required of me while I listen to this?  

The only thing required of you when you listen to the recording is to get comfortable, close your eyes and trust in the process (which includes trusting that my intention is to genuinely help you – which it is!). When you trust in the process, your conscious mind’s filter relaxes more easily so that any new helpful information can be received more easily by the subconscious mind.

Can I be made to do something or change something that I don’t agree with?

Contrary to popular belief, that’s not possible. In hypnosis I offer suggestions to the subconscious mind that then pass through its own ethical and moral code filter. If there were ever something that the subconscious mind did not agree with, then the suggestion would simply not be followed. Ultimately, this is a non-issue as I will only be offering the subconscious mind helpful and intelligent suggestions that provide positive transformations.

How will I know if this is working?

While listening to the recording, you’ll start to notice a heightened sense of awareness and an increased ability to focus more easily on the words that I’m speaking. Once you’ve listened to the recording, the body will continue sleeping until you awaken in the morning at which point you’ll notice that your energy reserves are not as depleted as they normally are and that you feel a greater sense of peace and contentment. This is a tell-tale sign that the suggestions given to your subconscious mind during hypnosis have taken root and that the old unhelpful programming that was once keeping you down has now been uprooted.   

What if I fall asleep before the hypnosis begins?

The good news about hypnosis is that it works with the subconscious mind which means that regardless of whether your conscious mind is awake or not, the subconscious messaging will still be received (the subconscious mind never stops receiving information). Before you even begin listening to the audio, your conscious mind will have already agreed to enter into hypnosis which means that your subconscious mind will be involved from the moment you begin listening. This means that even if you fall asleep earlier than expected, the information will continue being received. Essentially, there’s no way to do this ‘wrong’ because once you’ve chosen to take part, everything that happens after that will be an automatic process.
