Book an individual retreat with me where you’ll have my undivided attention for 8 hours a day, every day. Together we’ll eat, sit silently, go for walks (lots of walks), and do nothing but be consciously in the truth in every unfolding moment.
These retreats involve a significant commitment both energetically and financially. Individual retreats with me are only for those who have had enough of the spiritual search and are ready to get to the bottom of things to find out the whole truth for themselves.

A JOURNEY INTO THE TIMELESS
I don’t do time. From the moment we meet to the moment we say goodbye, we will be without a past or a future. When I have a conversation with my mailman or the grocery store clerk, I use time to support their desire for it to be real. When you and I meet, time ends. We’ll be meeting out of context… outside of any story that might support who you think you are or who you think I am.
Needless to say, when we’re together, all focus will be on what’s real, here now, and nothing else. These individual retreats with me, after all, are intended to be lived in that timeless space of pure awakeness. We won’t be meeting to solve problems, we’ll be meeting to emphasize the fact that there are none.

I have been all over the place from the deserts of Sudan and Arizona to the mountains of North Carolina and Kansas, to the jungles of Peru. I came across Kyle’s book The Method while I was searching something else on the internet one day. I liked the simplicity and depth of the book so I decided to listen to the audio version which added even more depth to the understanding. Something attracted me to Kyle’s style. I decided to check out his website and “test the waters” as he said with a free session with him. During our session he addressed my questions about the wandering mind with such directness and simplicity that he gave my mind no chance to wander. I came away from that session with answers to questions that I had been asking for some time.
There’s something about Kyle that makes me feel like I’ve known him forever; there’s a strong familiarity that I feel when I look at his eyes. It’s like looking at myself in a polished mirror. He was able to answer and satisfy the curiosity of my mind and its wandering tendencies.
I asked Kyle if I could meet with him in person for an individual retreat and he was kind enough to give me the chance and blocked off some time for me in his schedule. I traveled to Vancouver to meet with him. Upon meeting with him, I could feel his strong presence with siren calming energy that made my busy mind slow right down. In his presence I was able to see all of my thinking patterns and how the mind plays its tricks to try and distract me from the here and now. Totality or Bust
When it comes to uncovering the truth, no moment is insignificant. Therefore, my role when we’re together is to simply help keep you accountable for where your attention is resting.
Ignorance of the moment at hand, regardless of whatever that moment may look like, will not be supported. I don’t tend to carry around a zen stick anymore, but you can rest assured that I will always alert you to when your attention is wandering into sleep, fantasy, life-dreaming… time.

While the intention behind this retreat is to come face to face with the truth of what you really are, it also doesn’t hurt to have a beautiful backdrop for that encounter to play out against. Vancouver BC is one of the most beautiful cities in Canada, so we’ll be taking full advantage of many of its amazing sites and restaurants.

Experience the rhythm of stillness in motion as we wander along Vancouver’s most beautiful coastal paths. Each walk is an invitation to drop out of the mind and back into direct experience — surrounded by ocean air, forest light, and quiet clarity.
Shared Dinners
Dinner becomes a continuation of the retreat — a relaxed space for reflection and conversation. Together we’ll explore whatever’s unfolding for you over nourishing, locally-sourced meals in the heart of the city.
Vandusen Gardens
End your day in one of Vancouver’s most peaceful sanctuaries. Among the flowers and winding paths, we’ll slow down into presence — letting nature mirror the simplicity of being.

1-Day Retreat

We’ll spend the day together walking, meditating, and talking in a way that cuts through mental noise and brings you back to what’s always here — your natural clarity. Includes 8 hours of 1:1 in-person support with me. Ideal if you want to experience the essence of the retreat in a single, powerful day.

4-Day Retreat
A full immersion into presence and effortlessness. Over four days, we’ll move through guided meditations, long walks by the ocean, and quiet dinners that unfold naturally into dialogue and inquiry. Each day includes 8 hours of 1:1 in-person support with me. This retreat gives space for your mind to settle and for the deeper rhythm of life to come forward.
Retreat rate: $1,000 USD × 4 Days
6-Day Retreat
An extended immersion — six days of deep rest, exploration, and honest conversation. Each day includes 8 hours of 1:1 in-person support with me, allowing time for old patterns to surface and release, and for silence to take root. You begin to see life without filters — not as something to fix or find, but as it truly is: effortless, immediate, and whole.
